- Redeem Coupon

- - You need to validate your membership code to redeem a coupon.
- - If you don't know how to check your membership code, refer to the image at the bottom of the Redeem Coupon page.
- - If you enter the wrong membership code, you won't find the character information you want.
- - When you redeem a coupon, the items are sent to your character's inbox. It may take a while for you to retrieve these items.
- - The items sent to your inbox will expire after a while. Expired items are automatically deleted.
- - You cannot use coupons that are expired or used.
- - If you enter wrong membership code or select the wrong account or character to receive the items, the coupon will not be restored.
- - Your membership code may remain in the process of validating or redeeming coupons. It will be deleted once you close the web page.
